Tuesday 1st Jyoti Meditation with Clare Vidich 6:30PM-7:30PM FREE!! Jyoti Meditation is a simple technique, which helps participants invert their attention and connect with their inner light, a source of joy and peace. Jyoti meditationinvolves no postures or breath control, and can be practiced by people of all ages, physical conditions, and faiths. Practical benefits of meditation include: stress reduction, improvement in concentration, and awakening spiritual awareness. In meditation, we withdraw our attention from the senses and world around us. This allows us to gradually release thoughts of the past and future so that we live in the present moment and connect with a source of inner power. Please join us if you are interested. Clare Vidich is the Regional Coordinator of Science of Spirituality and Director of the Kirpal Meditation Retreat Center in Ashford, CT, which offers retreats and spiritual programs.
